Voice of Nursing Current Work Theme: “May the Voice be With You” Status: Approximately 600 nurses educated, including GI, ED and Periop Services Structure: • Over 17 sessions completed, 3 to be completed on September 29th • 2 hour sessions • 20 minutes per station • Inspiration: CarmaTobiassen • Infrastructure: Bless Lising • Education: Barbara Wells • Evaluation: Mohammad Tohemer and Joanelle Holt

What We Need Help With… • Continuous Staff engagement • Integrating into daily practice as a hospital and individual units • Utilizing VON toolkit into committees, staff meetings etc. • Leadership development, “How do our other nursing leaders incorporate VON into daily practice?”
