  2. Initial Orientation • Orientation to Vermont policies & procedures before doing first course

  3. Self Improvement • Continuing education for instructors • Would not be required until easily available • May be joint venture with NH

  4. System Improvement • Participate in ONE of the following: • written exam development • practical exam development • instructor development (including skill instructors and evaluators) • acting as mentor to new ICs

  5. Evaluation • ? Demonstrate provider skills for other ICs (instead of usual practical exam) • end of course evaluations directly to EMS • comparison of class pass rates and scores • periodic monitoring • by whom? • with what format?
