SmartHUB Pilot Project • HCTRA/NTTA sponsor SmartHUB Pilot • Includes significant subset (63 of 69) of TeamTX interoperable business rules: • Failover and redundancy • New Value-added customer service enhancements • Testing in parallel with existing Peer-to-Peer IOP to verify requirements, redundancy, and reliability • Results of pilot shared with TeamTX Interoperability Taskforce Statewide Interoperability TaskForce Briefing

Hub Concepts • SmartHUB (IOP Hub) supports processing and interchange of Interoperable files between Service Providers • Provider – Provides/maintains registered customer accounts on behalf of self and/or subscribers and processes transactions • Subscriber – Owns and/or operates facility and subscribes to services (customer account managementand reimbursement)provided by Service Provider Statewide Interoperability TaskForce Briefing

SmartHUB Pilot Results • All pilot program goals and objectives met • Features functionally supersede and easily replace existing P2P network • Transaction accuracy and reporting meets or exceeds existing P2P network • Reliability and Availability – Superior to existing P2P Network • 100% Redundancy and ability to failover within minutes provides safe and stable platform for statewide interoperability • In operational use between NTTA and HCTRA since September 2006 Statewide Interoperability TaskForce Briefing
