Interoperability • NTTA, HCTRA and TxDOT have successfully performed initial interoperability testing under a 3-way peer-to-peer configuration • TxDOT is testing the first phase of their CSC back-office system that will create and manage TxTag accounts and interoperable transactions • The next phase of testing will include establishing TxDOT TxTag test accounts for customers that will travel on NTTA and HCTRA tollroads in a “real/live” scenario

  6. eGo Plus Initial tag test completed September 2005 “Passively” testing tags ongoing: • 20+ tags • 8,805 reads • 49 vtolls • .56% vtoll 2005 System-wide vtoll = 2.37% 2005 AVI transactions = 255,000,000 Project 5,000,000 fewer images to review

Remote CSRs Remote Lane Attendants • Remove collectors from toll booths • Add ACM with audio and video feeds • CSRs operate remotely using audio video feeds to help customers remotely • Scale comes from allocating fewer CSRs to more ramps. • Currently operational with adjustments being made to enhance video quality
