(2) Previous week questions • MATLAB line 79 to include Machine Breakdown time and Maintenance/ Delay during machining. • Done • MATLAB line 83 to include Numbers of machines on non-critical steps • This will be resolve by the data base. • Using same format of knowledge matrix on training and optimization (知识矩阵格式统一) • Decide by SEAS • MATLAB line 154 to count2=count2+6; +7 • 已修改成7
(3) Optimization algorithm update • Since implementing the physical rules last week, we have been able to eliminate all non-linear constraints thereby reducing the optimization time. (刪除非线性约束从减少优化时间) • Scenario 14N currently takes 3.8 minutes to find a feasible starting point and from there it continues the optimization. (Refer to Excel for optimized schedule). (耗时3.8分钟生成第一代) • The scenario 14N represents a scenario that takes place during the later stages of production which means there is not much room for optimization (Work order constraints) • Since we have completed making the updated algorithm generic we will work on optimizing a schedule that represents an early production scenario. (4) Benefits (效益) • Please refer to the optimized schedule. • Benefits of the updated optimization algorithm • Availability of the first schedule draft in 4 minutes as opposed to 5 hours. (4分钟内生成第一代可行的排成) • After producing a feasible schedule during the first generation of the algorithm, the optimization algorithm continues to optimize the schedule rather than just producing a feasible schedule. (第一代完成后,优化算法继续针对输出指标进行优化) • Strict adherence to standard time as opposed to non conformance (生成的排成严格遵守给予的单位工时)
