Why Fashion Changes.... • Fashion changes based on a number of factors • The Economy, Politics, Media, Movie Industry, Human rights, Women’s movement.... • It also changes based on environmental factors, climate/weather • Today, fashion changes very “fast”- this is mainly due to celebrities, famous people and the Hollywood industry.

  4. Fashion Victims • The term originally referred to a person who was slavishly devoted to fashion trends — someone willing to wear unflattering styles simply because the style was “in.” • These people often spent considerable amounts of money to ensure that their wardrobes included all the most recent fashions. • Also, we may think of a fashion victim as someone who does not dress in a way that is flattering to her.
