  12. REFLECTIONS PHILIPPINE HISTORY The Philippines is a very beautiful country. The people here are very kind, cheerful, hospitable, respectful and has a sense of humor. There are so many delicious delicacies in every store and mall that you could see and you surely crave to have one. There are also world famous sceneries that only the country has such as the famous eight wonder of the world, the Banaue Rice Terraces and the Mayon Volcano noted for it’s perfect cone. And one thing that made us proud of our country is the story of it’s freedom and liberty. Many people sacrificed their lives to gain freedom .It was not easy to gain freedom despite of many aspirations. Especially the world famous diplomat, writer, and linguist Dr. Jose Rizal. He never regret his decision of sacrificing his life to awaken the hunger for freedom and justice. Even handicapped people strive to achieve liberty such as Apolinario Mabini, who used his intelligence to ignite a revolution for justice. Even women helped in the revolution by giving food, clothing, medicine and as a hiding place for important papers such as Melchora Aquino and Gabriela Silang who fought after her husband died, unfortunately she was captured and killed.

  13. Summary Learning circle is basically the exposure of both teachers and students from different countries through the use of highly advanced technology. Each participant should have a focus question. Our focus question deals with the love of country, Is it worth dying or not. Some of the countries answered yes and some answered no with their own reasons. There are also countries who didn’t answer our question.

  14. We also answered their focus question. They have different topics. Their focus question differ from one another. These are the topics of their questions: teenagers, special schools, avian flu, music, tourism, natural phenomena and recipes. Each questions are assigned to every group. We shared ideas and information to make them satisfied with our answers and to be a great help in their investigation. Everyone in the group helped to gather

  15. information. We searched and interviewed people to make our answers convincing and real. Only three countries answered our focus question and we are really thankful for those countries namely: P1(South Africa), P5(South Africa) and P7(Myanmar). We are all happy and contented with their answers. It’s really a wonderful experience to us!

  16. PARTICIPANTS RESPONSE NONE YES NO

  17. LEARNING EXPERIENCE In this activity, we really had a lot of fun and learned many things about the culture and traditions of the different countries we had communicated with. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS!!!!
