  2. Trees create an ecosystem to provide habitat and food for birds and other animals. They absorb carbon dioxide and potentially harmful gases. There are various benefits of planting of trees, from health to environmental impact, to economics and psychological effects. Tree Planting helps lower energy costs, reduce pollution, surroundings and improves with green ambience and also increases the value of your property.

  3. Owning to such great benefits, NGO’s in India do tree plantation services at various places in India. Youth Services for Peace is also a NGO that does such tree plantation services in Delhi and many other places in India. They plant trees like some flowering trees, some fruit bearing like Neem, Peepal, Amrood, Ashok, Gulmohar, Kaanchar, Alstronia, Harsringaar and many other varieties of trees depending on weather conditions and soil moisture. They aim not only to plant a tree in India but also to make students aware about the need of planting trees. During each plantation activity, they brief students about the significance of native trees and how to plant them and take care of them. They also make them aware about the benefits, uses and features of a tree that they are going to plant.

Online Donation is a way for nonprofit organizations to raise money via the internet. It usually involves an online donation page and includes mobile giving, peer-to-peer donation etc. Youth services for peace have involved itself in donating blankets to poor peoples in many cold hilly areas of the country. They donate blankets to the poor and needy people in such areas.

The homeless, Old, and sick people are the worst affected by this cold spell.They spent their nights under the open sky on footpaths, bus stops and on many other places and this is where the donated blankets protect them from this bone chilling cold.
