Pleaseoperatewithintherangeofspecifiedcapacityoftheregulatorinthemanual. If exceeded,theproductcanbedamaged and mayresultseriousdamagesand accident. Theproductcanbemalfunctionedifanydamagesapplied.Please treattheunit withappropriatecare. Formaintenance,releasedrainboltontimelybasistoextractanywaterinside. Filtermustbereplacedontimelybasis.Filterusagedepends onthe environment/field. Afterpressureisset,pleasemakesureadjustboltiscompletelyfastened. PipeConnection YT-200isusedforconstantsupplypressure topositioner,actuator,solenoidvalves,or etc. Itcanbeinstalledwithoutabracket<Figure1>,whichcanbeinstalledonthrough thepipeline. Beforeconnectingwithpipeline,pleasemakesurepipelineisemptied,and thesizeofthepipelineisappropriateforrequiredcapacity. Installpressuregaugeonthesecondarypressureoutputport.Thepressure gaugeindicatesprimarypressurethatisbeingoutput. Airpressureissuppliedthroughprimarypressureinputportafteroutputportis beingblockedbyusingball-valveorotherfittingtools. Whenthesecondarypressurereachesatsetlevel,fastentheadjustbolt completely. Repairkit • WhenusingRepairKit,allofthepartsmustbereplacedatthesametime.Partialpart replacementmayresultinshorteningproduct'slifecycle. • Drainingcondensedwater • ① When drainingoutcondensedwater,supplyair pressuremustbeshutdown completelyoradjustthepressurelevelbelow1kgf/cm2.The operatorcanbe seriouslyhurtwhendrainingoutathighpressure. • ②Slowlyopendrainplugtodraincondensedwater. • ③Afterdrainingoutcompletely,closethedrainplug. • Replacingfiltercase andparts • ①Shutoffsupplyairpressure. • ②Releaselocknutonadjustbolt,rotateadjustboltcounter-clockwisetolower settingpressure. • ③Opendrainplugonfiltercasetodraincondensedwaterandclose. • ④Unscrewboltsonfiltercaseindiagonalorder. • ⑤Replacefilter,o-ring,andstem. • ⑥Screwboltsonfiltercaseindiagonalorder. • ⑦Unscrew6boltsonspringcaseindiagonalorder. • ⑧Replacediaphragmassembly. • ⑨Screwboltsonspringcaseindiagonalorder. Makesurenottodamage diaphragmwhenscrewing. • ⑩Afterpartreplacement,setairpressuretodesiredlevel.
