VolumeBoosterRelays YT-300,YT-305 OperationLogic Theairpressureisbeingsuppliedtoactuatorby thesupplypressurefromregulator, whichsendsoutputsignaltosignalport.Theupperdiaphragm(③) isbeingpushed down tolowerdiaphragm (⑤)and push maindisk(⑨).Theairpressurethenwillbe supplied to actuatorthrough exhaust port.Balanced output and signal pressure willmove upperdiaphragm(③)whichwouldmaintaintherate1:1constantly.Ifoutputishigher thansignalpressure,thendiaphragmassemblywillberaisedwhichwouldresult exhaustionofoutputpressurethroughexhaustring(④).Outputpressure'ssensitivityto signalcanbeadjustedby rotatingadjustbolt(①),andsafety ofclosedloopsystemcan beenhanced. VolumeBoosterRelays YT-300,YT-305 Dimension(outer) Installing • ☞Caution • Wheninstallingtheproduct,pleasefollowbelowprocedures. • Alwayswearsafetyequipmentsandfollowsafetyprocedures. • Compressedgascan beexplodedanddamagethebody/partsorsurrounding structure,iftheproduct'smaximumspecificationexceeded.Pleasecheckthe • product'sspecificationbeforeinstalling.Also,inordertominimizethedamage,in caseofaccident,pleasemakesureallof thecompressed/pressurizedinputlines by-passed. • Formaintenance,pleasestopvolumebooster'soperationtimelybasis. • Airmustbeclean,dry,andnotcorrosivegaswhichmustbepassedthroughthe • filter. • Inflowairwillbeexhaustedthroughtheexhaustportwhichlocatedonthesideof thevolume booster. • Pleasebecheckexhaustportforsubstancesorobstacle. Also,makesurenotto leavevolumeboosterinsealedplaces. • Itisrecommendedtouseappropriatecapacityofairfilterregulator.

VolumeBoosterRelays YT-300,YT-305 InstallLayout YT-300shouldbeinstalledbetweenactuator,positioner,andsupplypipes,andcanbe installedwithoutabracketwhichcanbesupported only byairpressurepipes.Before connectingpipes,pleasemakesuretheinsideofpipesareclear,andthesizeofthe pipearerelevanttothecapacity. Iftheboostermustbemountedonabracket,thebracketmustbemadeaccordingto theouterdimensiononthepreviouspage.
