  6. 2.7 OperationLogic Assupplypressurefromregulatorisconnectedtosupplyportandsignalpressureis connectedtosupplyport,upperdiaphragm(○3)anddiaphragmassemblywillgetpushed down.Astheyarebeingpusheddown,theypushstem(○7)andsupplypressurewillbe exhaustedtooutputport.Asoutputandsupplypressureisequalized,stem(○7)willbe movedtokeepsignalandoutputpressuretheratioof1:1.Ifoutputpressureishigherthan signalpressure,diaphragmassemblywillberaised,andoutputpressureintheexhaustring (○4)willbeexhaustedthroughexhaustport.Thesensitivityofoutputpressuretosignal pressure can beadjusted by setting adjustbolt (○1). 2.8 Dimension YT-320/325series

  7. 3.Installation Safety When installinga unit, please ensure toread and followsafety instructions. 3.1 • Check unit’s specificationand ensure touse asspecified. • Use bypass valve or other supportive equipment to avoid entiresystem “shut down”. • Ensuretousefilter regulator. • Use manometer to monitorthe pressure level whensetting the pressurelevel.   9. 4.Maintenance YT-320/325 requires regular maintenance. Please refer to below repair kit part list. It is suggested to replace allthree parts at thesame time to guarantee the life cycle ofthe product. 4.1 • Upperdiaphragmassembly: • Lowerdiaphragm: • O-rings: 1each each each • Trouble-Shooting • Please followtrouble-shootingwhen the productisnot functioning properly. • Novalveresponsetosignaltoa positioner. • Pleasecheckifsupplypressureisstablefromregulatortopositionerand/orto volumebooster. • Please checkifairpressureisbeingexhausted from positioner’sexhaustport. • Pleasecheckif signal and exhaust portsof thevolume booster are beingcleared. • Unstablevalve operationwhensignalhasbeen sent toapositioner. • Pleasereduce valve packing and/or valvefriction level. • Pleasecheck current actuatorsize and check if volume booster sizeis suitable. • Huntingoccurswhensignalhas beensenttoapositioner. • Pleasereduce valve packing and/or valvefriction level. • Pleasecheck current actuatorsize and check if volume boostersize issuitable. • Pleaseturnadjust screwcounter-clockwisetoreduce sensitivity. • Slowvalveoperation afterinstallingavolumebooster. • Pleasecheckif regulatorpressure is toolow. • Pleasecheck if supply piping totheactuator has beenblocked orclogged. • Pleasecheckifthereisanyleakage. • Pleaseturnadjustscrewclockwise toenhance sensitivity.
