Experiences International is a free service, and a majority of the interns work in an unpaid capacity and receive course credit for their internship. Our dynamic platform allows companies to utilize EI services as a complete and complimentary solution for all of your year round intern staffing needs. Discovery Becoming Familiar Experiences International works with you to completely understand your intern staffing needs. We review current systems and initiatives in place and determine best practices for securing talent. Recruiting and Screening Talent You Want Experiences International recruits and screens every individual who applies to ensure they meet your standards. From there, you receive only resumes that meet your preset qualifications. Previous work experience, grade point average, leadership skills, diversity, and communication skills are a shortlist of some of the attributes our advisory team takes into consideration. Experiences International understands that resumes do not completely sum up what an applicant can do. We learn about their other skills, like the ability to listen, empathize, communicate, and simply get along well with people, as these are crucial qualities in today's business world.
