  1. 회전부위 회전형 Metal Bellows의 약점 회전형 Bellows에서는 회전부품의 무게가 원심력으로 진동하므로 Floating 성능을 상실함. 또 회전형은 조립정밀도 에 매우 민감함.

  2. ABC Seal 보조 Seal의 ABC Ring Hot Oil에서는 Steam Quench가 필수적임. 고온으로 인해 Leak된 Oil이 Carbon화 되어 부착되기 때문 임. ABC Ring은 우 수한 Seal 성능을 발휘하며 게다가 Steam이 Brg로 들어 가지 못하게 함. 아울러 Quench 효율을 높이며 Metal Bellows Seal의 수명을 연장 해 줌.

  3. Metal Bellows의 수명 • 일반적으로 Seal Face의 수명은 약 4년임. • 그러나 Seal Face만 교체하고 Metal Bellows 는 교체 하지 않음. TANKEN Bellows는 열박음 방법을 채택하지 않으므로 Face교체만 가능함. • Bellows자체의 수명은 평균 6년 이상임. 단 아래의 조건일 경우에 한함. Inconel 718 / Damper Spring / Stationary Structure / ABC Seal etc.
