  2. INTRODUCTION Today our lives have become so busy that we don't even take the time to sit calmly and look within ourselves. Well, you'll be amazed to know that most of the solutions to the problems you face outside are only hidden deep inside the body. Our human body is an energy powerhouse, regulated by some "chakras". And if you know how to control and channel your body's energy flow using this chakra, you can be a superior version of yourself. So do you want to solve your problems and become unstoppable? Move forward if your answer is yes. Yuvaap © 2023

  3. WHAT ARE CHAKRAS? "Chakra" is a Sanskrit word that means wheel. However, the word chakra signifies spinning discs of energy in our bodies. These chakras are responsible for various aspects of human life. Well, seven chakras in our body help us maintain balance and carry on with our life. There’s a theory that our human body contains one hundred fourteen chakras and that each chakra is connected to a specific nerve bundle or an organ. But the concept of “seven chakras” has gained prominence and stood the test of time. Yuvaap © 2023

  4. ORIGIN OF CHAKRA PHILOSOPHY The philosophy of "Chakra" came into existence around 1500 to 1000 BC. India's science, spirituality, and intellect were at their finest at this time. Sadly, we have almost forgotten this priceless concept given by our ancestors over time. However, our modern-day philosophers and spiritually aware people are researching and embracing the theory of "Chakras" once again. Yuvaap © 2023

  5. BLOCKED, UNDERACTIVE, AND OVERACTIVE CHAKRA It is believed most of our life problems are due to the imbalance of the chakras. The chakras in your body can be blocked, underactive, and overactive too. As a consequence, you'll have a lot of problems. But to make sure that you live a happy and peaceful life, you'll first have to know about the seven chakras and then balance them. So, let's roll the wheel and move forward. Yuvaap © 2023

  6. 01 Root Chakra The root chakra, also known as Muladhara in Sanskrit, is located at the base of our spine. It's associated with the earth element. This chakra is associated with the basic requirements of human life, which include food, water, and shelter, etc. A blocked root chakra can give you nightmares and lower back issues (e.g., arthritis), whereas an overactive root chakra may make you over-attached to the world's pleasures. Additionally, you may feel worried and anxious if this chakra is underactive. Yuvaap © 2023

  7. 02 Sacral Chakra The Sanskrit name of the Sacral Chakra is Swadistana, located just below the navel area. The element water is related to this chakra. This chakra is responsible for the emotional and creative side. It motivates one to enjoy the pleasures of life (e.g. sex, food, art). When your Sacral Chakra is balanced, you'll enjoy all the enjoyable things without overdoing them. However, if this chakra gets blocked, one can feel tremendously depressed. In addition, an underactive Swadisthana Chakra can lead to infertility problems. On the other hand, an overactive chakra may cause emotional fluctuations in a person. Yuvaap © 2023

  8. 03 Solar Plexus Chakra Also known as the Manipura in Sanskrit, this chakra represents self-esteem, willpower, and confidence. This chakra is associated with the element fire. This is why some experts even call it the "Personal Power" chakra. A blocked or underactive Solar Plexus chakra can lead to poor confidence and irritability. On the contrary, if you can balance this chakra well, you'll have confidence in yourself and a positive attitude. Yuvaap © 2023

  9. 04 Heart Chakra This chakra represents love and compassion. It is located at the center of the chest. Anahata is the Sanskrit name for this chakra and is associated with the air element. This chakra acts as a bridge between the lower and higher chakras. A well-balanced heart chakra allows you to love and empathize with yourself and others. However, a person with a blocked heart chakra can quickly get angry and feel hatred toward others. An underactive chakra may make you jealous and dominant, while an overactive heart chakra can make you dependent on others. Yuvaap © 2023

  10. 05 Throat Chakra This chakra is known as Vishuddha in Sanskrit. The element of nature associated with the throat chakra is ether. It is positioned in the middle of the throat near the thyroid gland. The throat chakra is responsible for our ability to communicate and express ourselves. A well-balanced throat chakra will allow you to communicate openly and lovingly to others. You'll be able to arrange your thoughts properly and listen calmly to others. A blocked throat chakra can make it difficult to express one's views. Additionally, an underactive throat chakra can tamper your ability to focus on something. On the other hand, an overactive throat chakra can make you judge others for no good reason. You may even talk excessively and have difficulty listening to others. Yuvaap © 2023

  11. 06 Third Eye Chakra The Third Eye Chakra, also called the inner eye, helps with intuition and is responsible for the subconscious mind. Its Sanskrit name is Ajna, and light is associated with this chakra. This chakra is the bridge between our physical and spiritual worlds. If someone has this chakra blocked, they might find it challenging to listen to their inner voice and learn new things. An overactive Ajna chakra can easily overwhelm one. In contrast, an underactive chakra can make one an overthinker. Yuvaap © 2023

  12. The Crown Chakra is located at the crown of the head, and its Sanskrit name is Sahasrara which means "a thousand petals." When this chakra gets activated, we become enlightened and achieve "nirvana". An activated Sahasrara will connect you with the universal conscience. So if you can activate this chakra, you'll be able to look at things very differently from a regular human being. The Crown Chakra is very different from the other chakras, and one needs to do various yogas and meditations to activate this chakra properly. If this chakra is blocked, you'll be anxious and restless. An underactive Sahasrara will make one stay deprived of the divine knowledge of the cosmos. 07 CROWN CHAKRA Yuvaap © 2023

  13. CONCLUSION Well, it doesn’t matter how costly and various cosmetics you use. Your skin will not give out its inner glow unless it improves from within. Therefore, for clear and healthy skin, you have to stick to a healthy, skin-friendly diet. So make sure you regularly have foods mentioned in the presentation that are proven to repair the skin and provide nourishment. “Beautiful skin requires commitment, not a miracle.” — Erno Laszlo.
