There are no such markers to determine whether a personality is normal. People's experiences with personality disorders vary.   5. Paranoid personality disorder • People dealing with this disorder see the world in a distorted way and create their own reality based on their suspicions. Some symptoms are: • Distrusting others • Creating the belief that others are going to hurt them • Suspecting their spouse • Holding onto grudges • In such cases, it is best to get help to avoid any harm to your mental health.   6. Schizoid personality disorder • People dealing with this disorder appear too cold and disconnected from other people. This can happen due to some early-life bad experiences or genetic factors.
