Rotator Cuff Muscles Supraspinatus O: supraspinous fossa I: greater tuberosity A: Abducts shoulder to about 45 degrees, stabilize head of humerus in glenoid cavity
Rotator Cuff Muscles Infraspinatus O: infraspinous fossa I: greater tuberosity A: laterally rotates, adducts, extends, horizontally abducts shoulder, and stabilizes head of humerus in glenoid fossa
Rotator Cuff Muscles Teres Minor O: superior lateral border (superior to major) I: greater tuberosity A: laterally rotates, adducts, extends, horizontally abducts shoulder, and stabilizes head of humerus in glenoid fossa
Rotator Cuff Muscles Subscapularis O: subscapular fossa I: lesser tuberosity A: internal rotation, stabilizes the head of humerus in glenoid fossa.

Muscles Teres Major O: inferior angle of scapula and lower ½ of lateral border of scapula I: intertubercle groove A: Adduction, some internal rotation, shoulder extension
