Focused Case Study • Existing / emerging Customer Journey for improvement through the use of telecare • Development of the Telecare Analysis • Focus improved effort for people in the RAS • Some more work initially – Cost of PB’s for client in the RAS (who use telecare) v those who don’t • In line with cost bands 10k, 10-34k and over 34k • Determine any differences in benefit/any groups we should be targeting • Case Sampling – RAS who use telecare (used to max potential rather than in addition to) • RAS – not using telecare (greater benefit would come from increase in take up) Supporting Dignity, Independence and Well Being
