5. Funding is for 12 months and is contingent upon availability. This year’s grant funds can only be used for capacity building activities and support related to the development and enhancement of cross system collaborative infrastructure. Funds are allocated based upon county class size and will not exceed 2004-05 allocations. A grant amount has been allocated for your county and is included within the application mailing.
