RBH – Your EAP • The EAP is free to you – paid for by your employer or health plan and administered by RBH. • You and your dependents, living at home or away from home, and household members, related or not, are eligible for free EAP services.
What does the RBH EAP Provide? • Confidential counseling services with local providers • Toll-free access to 24-hour crisis assistance • Comprehensive legal and financial services • RBH’s Personal Advantage website with extensive wellness and work-life resources
1. Confidential Counseling • You and your dependents have access to counseling sessions for each problem you encounter. • Counseling addresses a variety of common, daily challenges, including relationship, stress, parenting, eldercare, financial, and many other issues. • EAP services are always confidential – counseling is delivered face-to-face, by local professionals. • Services are accessible throughout the country.
2. 24-Hour Crisis Assistance • You and your dependents have unlimited toll-free access to professional assistance, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. • After hours, and weekend calls are answered by licensed professionals. • EAP crisis services are always confidential.
3. Legal & Financial Services • The RBH EAP includes comprehensive legal and financial services. • Legal services include a free, half-hour telephonic or face-to-face consultation, followed by a 25% discount in legal fees if an attorney is retained. • Financial Services include unlimited telephonic consultations, including a 25% discount in fees if a financial professional is hired following a consultation.
4. Personal Advantage Website • The RBH EAP provides unlimited access to our wellness-focused Personal Advantage website. • Personal Advantage offers up-to-date information on stress, parenting, relationships, legal issues, health, wellness and more: • Financial and Health Calculators & Personal Assessments • Topical Movies • On-line child & eldercare services • On-line maternity resources • On-line worksite health programs • More than 60 on-line trainings with certificates of completion • Simply go to www.ReliantBH.com to register and login any time.
Worksite Services – for Supervisors & HR • Supervisor Trainings – explain the value of the EAP, including how and when to use it. • Supervisor Manual – expands on supervisor training, including guidance on documenting worksite issues or events and making appropriate referrals to the EAP. • Consultations – provide supervisors and HR with unlimited telephonic consultations to help effectively resolve workplace challenges. • On-site Trainings – include topics such as Delegation, Team Building, Workplace Violence, etc. • On-line Trainings – include more than 60 Internet trainings in categories including HR, Leadership, Performance Management, etc. • Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) – offers onsite support following a worksite crisis/tragedy.
