  1. IS ALL OF LIFEWORSHIP?

  2. "Worship is a life given in obedience to God. It's not a when or where proposition, but a what. It's what we are. You can't go to it or leave it, dress for it or from it, and you can't start it or stop it... it doesn't open and close with a prayer, and it doesn't have human leader or a special day" (Unbroken Bread, 115; Mike Root).

  3. True - • A Christian is to present his body as “a living sacrifice” to God (Rom 12:1-2) • Everything must be done “in the name of the Lord Jesus” (Col 3:17) • Live to “the glory of God” (1 Cor 10:31)

  4. True - • We should worship God at times other than assembly times • Acts 16:25 – But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. • Hebrews 13:15 – Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name. 8. Everything we do is NOT worship! • Matthew 2:2, 11 Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we[wise men] have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him." ..11 And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him. And when they had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to Him: gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

  9. Everything we do is NOT worship! • Revelation 19:10 10 And I [John] fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, "See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."
