Pipe and Hanger Fabrication Burkes Mechanical, Inc has a team of experienced fabricators and CAD designers, who work in conjunction with a select number of engineering companies who employ experienced pipe support and hanger designers and engineers who accurately design and model pipe supports both for fabrication and construction. Microstation, support modeler CAD software, is used to design and model the supports. A 3D model of the plant, is produced along with all the fabrication drawings needed. By including the supports in a 3D model, shows interferences with structural steel, equipment, and other supports are checked to ensure that the field re-work is kept to a minimum.
