Funding challenges • More money for health • Innovative Financing – Sin tax • Create Fiscal space – within health and within total government spending. • Mobilize other sources – local governments, private sectors, religious institutes 2. More Health for Money • Focus on most cost-effective preventions • Focus on SDH and non medical measures – economic, legal and technical measures
