  36. Unions begin to grow • Collective bargaining • The union represents the workers when bargaining with manangement. • Sidenote: Some unions are allowed to strike • Triangle Shirt Company Fire, Co. locked the doors so workers couldn’t leave early. 150 died in a fire.
