  2. The main purpose of our project is to show how life has changed over the years thanks to many inventions. We intend to present a wide variety of changes in many aspects of our lives. We used a lot of photos taken in the SądeckiEthnographic Park where we could go while having our classes. Some photos were taken in other places in NowySącz (Sokół cinema, the railway station or our classroom). All the fruits of our work are collected in the presentation.

  3. We were impressed by the visit to the Sądecki Ethnographic Park. Thanks to it, we could collect a great material to use in the project. Being there we realized how life had changed over years. We understood the power of inventions and noticed the difference between living in the XXI century and in the past. We decided to prepare a photo album and a poster to show itall.

  7. Thanks to the invention of a ball our classmate, PawełKwit can practise freestyle football. Now it is one of his passions, just his way of spending free time. He is thankful to those who invented a ball. He has been playing it for six years. Now we can admire his exceptional abilities. Just look and appreciate it!

  9. In the cinema we could have a discussion about how the cinema has changed. It was a great group discussion. We also watched a film. What was important, we were shown how films are projected now and how it used to be in the past. Oh, it has changed a lot! We have decided to write a short article about thechanges.

  10. How has cinematography changed? Nowadays many people can’t imagine living withoutmovies. A cinema is the place where we can spend our time with friends or family and where we can be ‘in touch’ with the art. It’s an important aspect of culture today. But how did it all start? The first prototype of a machine showing films was heavy and when a film was presented, the observers heard a big noise. In addition, the quality of picture was quite poor and there was no sound. Beginnings are always hard, aren't they?

  11. As the time was passing, the machines started to be lighter and definitely quieter. There have been more and more technological improvements and thanks to them now we can enjoy the modern cinema. Today everything is simpler. We can forget about the noisy machines. The owners of cinemas started to use DVD players similar to those ones we have in our houses. Most people do not realize it’s so simple nowadays. In addition to the fact that big and heavy machines are replaced by small and light DVD players, today the quality of the films shown is undeniably better.

  12. Along with the technological progress types of films have also changed. At the beginning of the 20th century the screen was only in black and white and there were no dialogues. We associate this era with a great actor Charlie Chaplin. Those films had a funny atmosphere and made people happy no matter how they felt before. Then producers improved their production with voice so people didn't have to imagine what characters could say. Moreover, special effects started to appear.

  13. Many years later films got colors. What is more, the quality has still improved. Now we can see movies in high definition and different formats like 3D, 4D or even 5D. A good example of the modern cinematography is ‘Avatar’, a science fiction film written and directed by James Cameron. It’s the box office hit mainly because of the new technologies used. All is directed in 3D technology. When we compare this movie with, for example, ‘City Lights’ by Charlie Chaplin, we can see how the cinema has changed in the course of years.

  14. To sum up, it can be said that everything has been changing. Fortunately, there are a lot of inventions which make our lives better, happier, sometimes faster. Let's look at the train and do not forget that it used to be a great invention in the past. But now it is just for tourists. As everything is still getting better...

  15. It was a great time and important experience for each of us to attend the Diament course! We have learnt many things, especially how to work in a group and how to make a compromise. The abilities will certainly be helpful in the future. We would like to thank for the opportunity to visit the Sądecki Ethnographic Park, which was an inspiration for our project. We would like to express our special gratitude to our teacher, MrFrączek, who took care of us all the time and was a great educator. Without him, our classes wouldn't be so attractive! Finally, we would like to thank for the lessons when we could meet together and work. It was a very enjoyable and profitable way of spending our free time!
