We did lot of effort on the relative quality issue, many of them have already improved. Via customer and our internal inspection result, we think it’s necessary to close RS1 inspection.

  5. 2. Self-block nut extra Nylon after assembly • a. Share with Dana new technical specification as UNI reference does not specify dimension for nylon ring. Only torque needed for closing is specified. Every supplier use different technical solutions • b. Change self-block nut specification and ask supplier make it according our new standard strictly. • c. update our incoming inspection standard, add plastic section inner diameter. We changed sealing boot supplier to India supplier. b. 100% check the sealing boot appearance and grease leakage with air pressure. Start the action from 2010-8-26. Batch No. B870 Please see video and picture about the testing for valid inspection in Ocap. c. The broken sealing boot is seem not Ocap internal problem , but we still try to work on this with customer to solving it.
