  6. Types of Exercises. Aerobics: Helps with joints and your muscles throughout your pregnancy. Dancing: Dancing helps with keeping a tune and also keeping you moving, and keep your heart going. It gets your mind off things relieving stress. Swimming: Works your arms, legs, heart, and lungs in motion. Making it a very healthy exercise. Yoga: Yoga helps sooth your muscles and mind. It helps relieves stress. Running/Walking: keeps the heart rate up and works almost every muscle in your body.

  7. Important Clothing. Clothing during pregnancy should always be comfortable because due to what I women goes through she’s want to be comfortable while doing it. Comfortable clothing would be necessary because in the first trimester you’re going to be constantly nausea or having a lot of sickness. Having tight clothing on will make your stomach more upset that what it should be. Another reason to be comfortable while pregnant is because your hormones at the time are going crazy and a lot of women complain about being too hot. In the cases of being too hot with the tight or “not-well-fitted” clothes on will put you in dangers of passing out due to overheating. So it is always important to dress as comfortable as possible.

  8. Professional look You can still look fabulous and be pregnant at the same time. Wearing dress clothes to work or going out to eat can still be accomplish throughout pregnancy stages. If you like to look gorgeous in the streets or in public view and you’re pregnant you’re going to want to wear a very loose material around the stomach mainly so you will not pass out or faint for to much body heat. If you do like the tight look, then make sure the material is flexible and stretchy so it will not apply pressure on your stomach. Most importantly make sure you’re comfortable because more than likely you will be doing a lot more exercise as normal. Your shoes should always be comfortable as well.

  9. Casual Look: The casual look for pregnant women is the most popular. The mom jeans, the loose fitted shirts, and also the thin materials are all great qualities in pregnancy.
