Background – Offender Management Process • GCSS Strategy (Safer, Cleaner, Better) • Mainly focused on locations • Currently becoming more focused on individuals • Increasing demand within GCSS to identify offenders and manage offending behaviour • Antisocial Behaviour (Scotland) Act 2004 • Places statutory duties on Local Authority • Facilitates information sharing • Current information sharing practices • Police systems/ staff based within GCSS

Offender Management Data • Offender Management Data • Source: Strathclyde Police Crime Management System (i.e. SCRA, PF Reports) • Analyses 12 - 15 months data • Includes offences relevant to antisocial behaviour • Collation and manipulation of data to produce • Weekly Offender Briefing • Offender Matrix • OM Products • Inform GCSS deployment • Inform service interventions • Enhancement of local joint Action Plans
