Integrated Offender Management • IOM links to DIP: • DIP remains crucial to the delivery of sustained reductions in re-offending • Strong evidence around role played by drug treatment in reducing re-offending • HCCU cohort within IOM and most non-compliant can be referred into more intensive arrangements if necessary • Aligning the work of criminal justice agencies & wider social agencies i.e. NTA and Health services • Address potential overlaps and address gaps
