  8. LPCC Food Services 1.6 Million Meals Per Year • Over 100,000 Meals per month at a cost of • $2.242 per meal for 2009. The cost is kept down by • planning & managing, as well as utilizing the • vegetables grown at the LPSO Vegetable Farm.

  16. Worked with an Average of 18 per shift Vacancies, Vacation, Sick Time & Training effect our numbers May need Deputy for Ambulance Transport ( resulting from a code call – Blue, Red, etc….) May need Deputy for Doctor ordered UMC trip ( resulting from findings from sick call ) At present working with an average 19.7 LPCC Security Shifts

  20. LPCC Goals Scan LPCC & LCCC documents at the rate of one month of documents per week. To reduce the number of K-Time hours for employees to below 300 hours. To increase the number of contraband located by LPCC staff by 10% for 2010. .
