Starts through gaining and insight on how to do the sport. E.G. ‘I kicked that with my laces and I scored, I’ll do that next time.’ • Another example is riding a bike, you make error after error and then you just get it and you can ride perfectly.
Insight learning is where you can combine the correct joint position, muscle tension, direction, equipment and basic understanding of the sport.
