Ideas For a healthy complete Breakfast What to Eat • Smoothies • Greek yogurt Parfaits • Steel Cut Oatmeal • Eggs • Turkey bacon, chicken sausage or vegetarian sub • Homemade Waffles, Whole grain French toast w/ peanut, or almond butter, real jelly and agave or maple • add Fruit and Veggies • TEA sweetened with honey or stevia What NOT to Eat • Sugar cereals • Sugared packet instant oatmeal • Bacon, sausage, ham • Table syrup • Package pancake mixes • White bread • Sugared yogurts • Jelly with High fructose corn syrup • Energy drinks • Coffee creamers and artificial sweeteners
