As A Result - - • CNP is now reviewing breakfast as part of the CRE process • We want to provide all sponsors with training – • To assure that all of the breakfast meals are planned to meet the selected menu planning option. • Staff is able to identify a reimbursable breakfast as taken by students.

Food Based Menu Planning Planned Menu must include all 4 components Bread/Grain or Meat/Meat Alternate 2nd Bread/Grain or Meat/Meat Alternate Fruit or Vegetable Fluid Milk Nutrient Standard Menu Planning 1.Planned Menu mustbe analyzed using approved software 2.
