An opportunity for all Grade 11/12 students to…. • explore post secondary pathways (work, apprenticeship, college & university). • make informed decisions regarding course selection while at PCSS. • Make informed post secondary choices during the application fall process. • Sign-up for 3 information workshops of your choice.

  3. Education & Training Choices • Work • On-the-job • Continuing Education (colleges, training centres) • Apprenticeship • Paid, hands-on, short in-school sessions • College • Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology • Career Colleges (private) • Emphasize practical, occupation-driven • University • Emphasize theoretical, general education

  18. LOG ON • Login = Student # • Password = birth date in format yymmdd • Prompted for new password • Write your new password in a safe location (6 to 8 characters)

  22. Review… • Select one workshop from each session. • First come, first served! • Once a workshop is full, it is FULL!! • Once choices are made, click 'submit'. • Yes, attendance will be taken at each workshop!

  23. Sign up by: Deadline: Wed. Nov. 6th We will chase you to make selections if you have not done so by the deadline or pick for you!
