  1. Influencing the Future: My Leadership JourneySarah E Ramsden MSc CSci FIBMS ‘Influencing the Future’ is a leadership development programme for senior healthcare scientists. Delivered at a fast pace, it has engaged, developed and empowered all the participants. Using a variety of techniques it has challenged the individual to venture beyond their comfort zone, exploring their core values and reflecting on strengths and weaknesses. Participation has proved a life changing experience and established life long skills which will extend beyond the work role. This may be the end of the programme but it is the beginning of a journey…
