17. Your success, your future, your college Recruitment • Students can still apply, I am still visiting schools to talk to students and parents. • By 31st May all the teachers will be appointed. • In May and June we will recruit all the associate staff.

Your success, your future, your college What am I looking for in a Connell Sixth Form College Teacher? • An excellent teacher with an excellent knowledge of their subject but, more importantly, they must have a passion for their subject. • Someone who will care about every student in the college whether they teach them or not and be prepared to help them when they need it. • Someone who is really excited about the College and really wants to be involved as part of this unique team. • Someone who will go the extra mile not only whilst we are setting up the College but throughout the time they are part of Connell Sixth Form College.
