They are the centre pieces of every conventional classical orchestra and are so for a reason. The amount of musical range a skilled violinist has is just beyond measure and comparison. The sound coming out from a violin has a subtle charm and character that drives the listeners in to a dreamy state of happiness and joy. Violins are made out of the finest solid woods and its strings are traditionally made from the sheep guts. Now more modern materials are used for the strings such as solid steel and other synthetic materials. The more aged the violin becomes, the more sought after it is as the sound keeps on improving with the aging of the instrument. Sounds like wine, don’t you think? Learning to play astudent violin is no easy task and requires long hours of passionate practicing and dedication in order to just get your toes dipped in the pool of violin mastery. Because of the exquisite build quality and materials that go into the making of the violin, they are quite expensive and hence become difficult for learners to buy.
