  4. Main Features • Robust reliable & entirely web-based • UWA Staff MUST use Tweek for summative assessments. • Multiple choice, multiple selection, fill in the blanks, true/false & yes/no; • Formative & summative assessments;

  5. Learning Assistance • Fully integrated with learning objectives; • A student can be directed to their weaker areas when they review their formative assessments, or view their results of summative assessments.

  6. Advanced Options • Full media support within assessments, • Advanced weighting options for all question types, and for question sections. • Review of student answers after the assessment. • Detailed question statistics.

  7. Summative VS Formative • Question Integrity • Not as serious, not a real assessment • Levels of student feedback • Lecturer feedback

  8. Tweek’s Hybrid • Takes the positives of Summative and Formative assessments • Keep integrity of questions by not giving away answers • Consistent feedback through learning objectives • Linked to course materials to encourage students to learn why they failed, and not learn the answers • Lecturer gets the summative marks for feedback

  9. Other Tweek Modules • Attendance • Allow recording and monitoring of student attendance, with the aim to improve participation, performance and retention. • Coursework • Allow creation, submission and grading of student coursework. • Course Materials • Allow students to access course notes and materials online, with associated learning objectives. • Feedback • Allow feedback via questionnaires, with detailed results and intuitive creation mechanisms.
