  6. Routine data collection methods Metode rutin merupakan metode paling klasik yaitu denganpengumpulan laporan secara rutin atau berkala. Contoh pengumpulan data rutin adalah proses registrasi penduduk (Kartu Tanda Penduduk/KTP), laporan rutin puskesmas (Form LB), laporan rutin rumah sakit (Form RL)

Nonroutine Data Collection Methods Metode nonrutin meliputi • survei (ex : epidemiologi, sosiologi, anthropologi, ekonomi, Riskesdas, Rifaskes, dll) • rapid assessment prosedures • Individual intervews • Focus groups • Participant observation • survei demografi (ex : kelahiran, kematian, migrasi) • metode penelitian yang lain

  10. Instrument of Collecting Data Instrumen untuk pengumpulan data harus memenuhi beberapa syarat untuk mendapat data yang akurat dan reliable yaitu : • Relevance. Kesesuaian instrumen dengan informasi yang akan diukur • Feasibility. Kesesuaian instrumen dengan segala sarana prasarana yang mendukung • Burden. Kesesuaian instrumen dengan tingkat efektifitas waktu, usaha dan tenaga pada proses pengumpulan data • Layout. Kesesuaian instrumen dengan jenis informasi yang akan dikumpulkan • Clarity. Kejelasanpetunjukpengisian instrument

Data Transmission • Proses transmisi data adalah proses transfer data mentah dari suatu tingkat level manjemen ke tingkat level manajemen berikutnya. • Proses transfer data mentah ini diperlukan untuk menjamin kualitas dan relevansi data. • Proses transmisi data ini membutuhkan aturan baku untuk menjamin kualitas data dan keamanan data.

Misalnya : Indeks pembangunan daerah, pengukuran indeks ini membutuhkan proses yang multidimensional dari berbagai indikator pembangunan daerah.
