Synthesized Usability Feedback Test: Test Results and Areas to Grow • Overall Learner Response is Positive • Areas for Improvement: • Logical organization of content to match chronological flow of the course • Limited browser support • Need to ensure all links are up-to-date and working • Restriction to PC platform, MS Project 2010 will cannot be installed on Apple operating systems • Consider open source software that will run on varied platforms
- Student Home Page access, CIS 2011 PMS. - General site for Adm. & Learner Course Announcements - Control Panel, for professor only. “Instructor Centric” no student access. - Able to use and create other links inside blackboard for layout and design.
- Course Content is broken down by weekly requirements - Content is easily accessed through the menu. Student can click on the content tab to reach each weekly folder for subject and requirements.
- Instructors can add and design content using these sets of tab - Each week represents specific learning objectives for the course. - A set of instructions are provide below as attached files. - Students are able to expand the file by clicking on the font in Black. - This block of the course is asynchronous.
- Students are able to load finish products through the assignments tab. - Professor will be notified in grade book that a student has posted an assignment for grading.
- Students are required to respond to Discussion Board Questions. - Students are encouraged to respond to other students answers, promoting peer to peer collaboration.
