Essential Questions to Focus Today’s Presentation • What are the major components of a district’s assessment program? • How can we best use data from the warehouse in the district, school, program and classroom level? • How can the data be managed? • How can the assessment data be made meaningful for administrators and teachers?

Five Reasons to Develop and Utilize a Data Warehouse • 5-Using the current system of permanent record cards is less then efficient • 4-Assessment comes from multiple sources • 3-Teachers utilize their skills to better understand students needs and revise their instruction • 2-A data warehouse assists in improving program effectiveness • 1-A data warehouse works to improve student achievement
