  3. Help Desk will enter a work order to have one of our SAISD technician evaluate the problem. Provide Fixed Asset tag number to them. SAISD technician will call Promethean directly to get an assigned case number. SAISD tech will journalize and re-assign workorder back to the HelpDesk. Help Desk will contact ProComputing. ProComputing will have part(s) delivered at their company and arrange with campus repair time. Promethean Repairs Math & Science

If you require Promethean Board mounted to a wall, schedule a walk-through prior to processing PO to check for any obstruction, connectivity, network drop, electrical wall mount. Call our Technical Support Help Desk to enter a work order for SAISD technician to inspect where board is to be mounted. Note: Promethean ActiBoard+2 system requires installation by an certified Promethean installer. Dell provided SAISD with a 3rd party vendor (ProComputing) that will schedule with you to be at your campus to install the Promethean Board. We appreciate advance preparation beforehand.
