Loyal patients come back Keep patients informed of progress, relative to expectations, before, during and after a visit. Every step of the way, the patient has a good understanding of where we are going and is made more of a believer when we get there!
Establish Rapport • Make the patient feel welcome, safe, and at ease from the beginning.
Create fun • Creative dynamic exercise that brings laughter can be the most fun that patient had today. • Also utilized by Zappo’s • List of Core Values
Listen and Set a Plan Engage the patient in designing the plan, after determining the spectrum of their concerns.
Be personal Know and greet patients by name with a smile.
Pursue growth and learning • Have weekly clinical rounding on current patients so they canbenefit from the knowledge of more than one therapist • Have bimonthly in-services taught by our own clinicians to improve current knowledge on evidence based practice
Build a positive team Find ways to utilize each other’s strengths in the workplace.
Go the extra mile • Patients are very appreciative when a therapist suggests a piece of equipment and gets online to find where they can buy it.
Concierge From day one, identify a contact person by name who can answer any billing questions.
Invest and reward “I won’t give up on you, so you don’t give up on me!” Reward perfect attendance with a tee-shirt at “graduation”
