Definitions • Reimbursable (CAT I) MIPR • When the receiving activity spends their funds to perform the requesting activities requirements--Once the organization has “earned” the reimbursement, a bill is prepared to charge the requesting activity and reimburse the receiving activity • Direct Cite (CAT II) MIPR • An authorization to directly cite a requesting activity’s line of accounting on an obligation document • Direct Acquisition • A task or delivery order placed by an AF official against a contract vehicle established outside DoD • Assisted Acquisition • A contract awarded or task/delivery order placed on behalf of DoD by an official of the US outside of DoD
