The Company is committed to establish a Green plant, environmentally and social friendly. The site is in BayahSubdistrict, Lebak District, Banten Province. Bayah is 180 km south of Jakarta by road and 300 km to Jakarta Port through Sunda Straight by sea. The plant will serve predominantly the domestic market for Java, Sumatra, and Kalimantan. Abundant raw material resource ensures sustainability of the business. Our mineral deposit of Limestone, Clay, and Silica last for over than 100 years. The new Bayah Plant will contribute positively to the strong growth of the surrounding community and Lebak District. We strive to produce and deliver our product to be the National Pride. Bayah Plant is a state of the art technology and an integrated project, consists of a complete supply chain of Cement Plant manufacturing sections and equipped with own jetty to support the incoming material and shipping out our product. Our Vision To be one of the major cement players in the Indonesian cement industry within 10 years • Our Mission • Develop and build the first plant in 2011 and start commissioning by mid 2014 • Build a second plant and start the production by 2017 • And the third plant and in operation by 2019 Now, we invite young people (fresh graduates) to be developed as our winning team in expanding our Cement Industry through Management Trainee (MT) Program. Qualification Minimum Bachelor Degree (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrument or Physics Engineering, Geological Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Mining Engineering). GPA or IPK minimum at 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS). Maximum age 27 years old. Excellent communication skill in English (written and spoken). • Rules • Please send only one application not later than December 10, 2011 to our Career Center partner which also will be your test location (Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, or Surabaya). • Application should include: • Application Letter. • Curriculum Vitae. • Recent color Photograph (3 x 4 cm and 4 x 6 cm) @ 2 pieces. • Copy of ID-Card, SIM, or Paspor. • Legalized copy of Educational Certificate (Ijazah or SKTL)and Academic Transcript. • 3.
