Pick a type of therapy that you would use, you can choose from the contemporary theories: Cognitive, REBT, Psychoanalysis, Biological, Humanistic, Behavioral, or Socio-Cultural. Then include at least 2 terms that go with that type of therapy. Ie. For superman we will use the Psychodynamic approach. We might deduct that he got stuck in the anal stageand that is why he is so anal retentive about how well his costume has to fit him.
