  1. TristaStraverSenior Survey Consultant at Radford, An Aon Hewitt Company TristaStraver is a Senior Survey Consultant for Radford's Global Technology Survey. In this role, she manages client relationships and advises technology industry companies on compensation principles and practices as part of their participation in the Radford surveys. Based in Vancouver, Canada, Trista serves as the primary contact for Radford survey participants in the Canadian market. Trista specializes in global employee rewards program strategy, with an emphasis on utilizing Radford data for analysis and design in the areas of base pay, broad-based incentives and equity. In addition, she serves as a Global Relationship Manager for some of Canada's largest technology companies.Trista has 10 years of experience in the industry as a Consultant with Aon Consulting, PeopleSoft and Affymetrix. Trista graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, concentrating in Organizational Behaviour. She is a current member of BCHRMA, and past member of World@Work and SHRM.
