  7. Click on Confirm To Confirm a RSA ( RSA2)

  8. Enter Provider ID and click Find Provider

  9. Click on Assign to this Provider

  10. Click on Assign to this License

  11. Enter a Start Date Select one option Optional Optional

  12. Optional Click on Save

  13. Click on the link to Print RSA2 Approval Letter

  14. Print Letter
