Our Achievements and Successes • Applications to study at the University of Bedfordshire have more than doubled in the last three years (UCAS). Now there are almost five applications for every place available • Our staff have received a number of National Teaching Fellowship Awards for outstanding contributions to teaching and learning • Our Graduate Teacher Programme was rated ‘outstanding’ in our 2010 Ofsted report • Bedford campus selected as official training site for 2012 Olympics • Bedford campus chosen as only one of three universities to host first BBC Radio 4 tour starring Robert Webb, amongst others • First university in the UK to partner Dame Kelly Holmes Legacy Trust • We received the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2011 University of Bedfordshire
