  1. 7 Point Introduction 1. When should the Bureau submit Kelly for a program? When clients seeks an energetic speaker who shares updated insight into motivation and peak performance. When clients want a relatable, genuine speaker with substance. 2. Best Audience: Kelly works best with corporate audiences ranging from senior managers to administrative professionals. She also works well with sales teams, graduating seniors, women, and association leaders. Her best audiences prefer her lively style over lectures. 3. What is Kelly best known for? Kelly is best known for bringing practical, actionable messages rather than theories. She is also well known for being genuine, not overly rehearsed or condescending. 4. What is most unique about Kelly? Fewer than 3% of the population who take personality profiles are evenly balanced between traditional left-brain and right-brain skills. Kelly is one of the rare ones and has exhibited it her entire life. In high school, she was president of the National Honor Society while also being captain of the dance team. It shows in her sessions when she uses cutting edge information, research, and techniques while adding elements from improv training. It also shows in her ability to communicate complicated theories in a practical way, inspiring behavior change. 5. How does Kelly relate to a business audience? Kelly connects with the audience in advance of the engagement, if possible. She emails a 3-question survey and invites them to view her web site, link/follow/friend on social sites, and be in touch with her. She meets everyone as they enter the room, uses names throughout sessions, follows up afterwards, and includes a 30-day Reminder Ring (phone call) after the session. She also invites them to read Workplace Wisdom, her award-winning e-newsletter for leaders who inform, inspire, and influence. 6. When is Kelly the best fit and when is she not a fit? Kelly fits best as an Opening or Closing keynote but not as an entertainer or performer during a meal. She has programs which fit as general sessions or breakouts as well. She is not a fit for audiences who love lectures. 7. What are the results of Kelly’s presentations which clients comment most about? • Clients comment most about three things: • Kelly’s ability to translate research and trends into actions used for business growth • Kelly’s ability to inspire behavior change of even the toughest executives • Kelly’s genuine nature and passion for linking business objectives and people Kelly Tyler 816.353.8786 www.KellyTylerTrainingServices.com
