1. Objective of the twinning and staff exchange programs Objective of the twinning and staff exchange program – exchange of experience of partner organizations from EU countries and organizations from Eastern Partnership countries in the field of technology transfer in the area of energy efficiency and renewable energy.
2. Participants/Time/Location/Responsibility T5.1 Twinning and staff exchange (M13-M30, Task leader RCTT) Further partners: SEZ/SIG, IPA, SUA, GTU, NTUU KPI. Three independent twinning activities between the consortium members (one from EU and one from Eastern Partnership countries) will be conducted, and mutual visits will be done in the respective countries. First visit will be from the member from Eastern Partnership countries in the EU countries and then from the EU member in the Eastern Partnership countries, as shown in the table below:

Services provided by the organization to their clients (research and business organizations) • First client contact & work with local SMEs, R&D organizations, universities and investors • Identifying a new technology/request (technology audit etc.) • Registration of a new technology/request (Technology Offer and Technology Request Standard forms) • Development of business plans • Tools used by the organization to find partners for a new technology/request • Financing the deal: Where and how to access finance for the technology transfer • Protection of intellectual property rights • Networking (organization of brokerage events, conferences, seminars, membership in technology transfer networks, web-tools etc.) • Etc.
